ABOUT THE AUTHOR
CHARLES E. WATSON, PhD, professor of management emeritus at Miami University, is the author of eight books on management, including the best-selling classic Management Development Through Training.
Dr. Watson has extensive experience designing and conducting seminars for supervisory, middle, and top management personnel for numerous businesses and organizations, including Anaconda, Sun Oil, Armco Steel, Mosler Safe, Copeland, M&T Chemicals, Bank One, as well as library associations, Kentucky Highway Division, Ohio Banker’s Association, and the National Paper Trades Association.
Charles Watson has taught managers throughout the United States and abroad for fifty years and has appeared on radio talk shows and penned op-ed pieces for newspapers, newsletters, and magazines.
